It is our pleasure to invite you to the Fourth IEEE International Conference on Personal Wireless Communications, to be held in Jaipur, India. Jaipur is the capital of the Province of Rajasthan and along with New Delhi (280 Km) and the home of the fabled Tai Mahal-Agra (220 Km), forms the golden triangle for travelers to India. The climate in February will be warm and comfortable.
It is estimated that 40% to 60% of the future telephones in
India will be based on wireless technologies, not including the
demands from mobile communications. Their successful deployment
will require the cooperation
of a host of players such as wireline, wireless and satellite
providers, manufactures and researchers. Therefore the scope
of ICPWC'99 encompasses but is not limited to:
