Maxim Raginsky is a Professor and William L. Everitt Fellow with the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering and the Coordinated Science Laboratory at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. His research interests lie at the intersection of information theory, machine learning, and control. He writes a Substack newsletter, The Art of the Realizable, devoted to history and philosophy of engineering.
