This issue begins by extending our heartfelt congratulations to the distinguished members of our society who have received prestigious awards and honors. Following this, we present four reports on recent activities within our society: (i) The Joint D&I and WITHIS Event held at ISIT 2023; (ii) The 2023 INCOMING DLR PhD Summer School; (iii) The 2023 IEEE European School of Information Theory; and (iv) The Sun Yat-sen University Workshop on the Frontiers of Algebraic Coding Theory and Applications. Subsequently, we provide the minutes from the Board of Governors meeting held in June. Finally, we conclude with call for papers, conference calendar, and call for nominators.
