This issue commences with our heartfelt congratulations to the outstanding members of our society who have been bestowed with prestigious awards and honors. Next, we provide you with the minutes from the Board of Governors meeting that took place during ITA this February. In a bittersweet remembrance, we pay tribute to the remarkable legacies of Jacob Ziv, Abraham Lempel and Ning Cai who have recently left us. As usual, we conclude this issue with call for papers, conference calendar, and call for nominations.

• August 20, 2023 for the issue of September 2023;
• November 20, 2023 for the issue of December 2023;
• February 20, 2023 for the issue of March 2024.

Any formats (plain text, LaTeX, and word files) are allowed; do not worry about fonts or layout as this will be taken care of by us. Electronic photos and graphics should be in high resolution and sent as separate files.
