IEEE/CIC ICCC Workshop on Information Theory and Coding for Future Wireless
Developing new analysis and design methodologies of modern coding techniques tailored for the next-generation wireless communication systems is a challenging issue. The new scenarios and applications that will drive new development in error-correction coding is worth discussion. In both cases, information theory and channel coding deserves further exploration in future wireless applications.
This workshop aims to bring together researchers, industry practitioners, and individuals working on the related areas to share the latest findings and new applications. The topics include, but are not limited to the following:
- Information theory
- Coding for multiple access
- Polar codes
- Network coding and applications
- LDPC codes, turbo codes, and iterative decoding
- Coding and compressed sensing
- Algebraic coding technique
- Coding for storage
- Machine learning for coding
- Coding for multimedia broadcasting
- Coded modulation and interleaving
- Cryptography and Coding
- Joint source-and-channel coding
- Hardware design and implementation of ECCs
- New analysis/ design methodologies for codings
- Other topics related to coding
