The 2024 North American School of Information Theory (NASIT) will be held from July 28th to August 2nd at the University of Ottawa, Ottawa, Canada. The website of the event can be found here: http://infotheory.ca/nasit2024/

The program includes a mix of tutorials, student posters and social events. Tutorial topics are selected from current interests in information theory, particularly those intersecting with data science.

Graduate students and postdoctoral researchers working on problems of information theory in a broad sense are welcome to participate and present a poster.

Register early (before May 15th) and enjoy a reduced fee and access to subsidized rooms reserved at the student residence on the campus of the University of Ottawa.
