Biography
Hoang Dau received the B.S. degree in applied mathematics and informatics from Vietnam National University, Hanoi, in 2006, and the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in mathematical sciences from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, in 2009 and 2012, respectively. He is currently a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Monash University, Australia and will start a DECRA 3-year fellowship, awarded by the Australian Research Council, in 2018.  
His research interests include coding theory, network coding, distributed storage systems, and combinatorics.
