Huawei France is opening a top level Mathematical and Algorithmic Sciences Lab located in the center of Paris on applied Mathematics and Algorithms for next generation advanced communications. Requirements:

1) PhD

2) Communication Theory/Networking Theory/Information Theory/Signal Processing background.

Only good applied mathematical backgrounds will be considered with a focus on any of these disciplines: Discrete Mathematics, Statistics, Game Theory, Mean Field Theory, Signal Processing, Queuing Theory, Estimation Theory, Random Matrix Theory, Stochastic Geometry, Information Theory, Free Probability Theory, Decision theory, Probability Theory, Statistical Mechanics, Optimization Theory, Factor Graphs, Control Theory, Learning theory, Partial Differential Equations Theory and Optimal Transport Theory.

3) A good track record of publications in top level journals and conferences in the Computer Science, Signal Processing, Information and Communication Theory societies.
