We are looking for an outstanding candidate for the position of Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the area of green networking and communication for 5G cellular networks. The position is funded by the Ministry of Technology and Science of Taiwan and is available starting from August 2015 at National Chiao Tung University (NCTU),  Taiwan.


The potential candidates should have

  • a Ph.D. Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or other related areas.

  • a strong background on wireless communication, networking and information theory.

  • a strong publication record

  • good written and communication skills.


Some research experience on energy-efficient communication and networking is preferable, but not required. The initial appointment will be for one year but it can be extended depending on the availability of funding and the candidate's performance. The position comes with attractive salary and benefits.
