Registration is open to everyone interested by the virtual conference, and provides full access to the technical program, including plenary talks and tutorials.
Discounts are available for IEEE members, IT Society members, and student members. Early registration will be open until 23:59 on September 21, 2021, Japan standard time, and offers additional discounts. Especially, student members of the IEEE Information Theory Society may register for free before September 21.
The technical program is also now available.
