The IEEE Information Theory Society Bylaws provide that six new members shall be elected annually to the Board of Governors. The names of the twelve nominees for the ballot were selected by the Nominating Committee and the Board of Governors. Biographical sketches are located on the electronic voting site with instructions for viewing. The names on the ballot are listed in randomized order, no preference is intended.
